A few things worth knowing before you book
The property needs to be empty of personal belongings when we arrive. We can't clean around boxes and furniture that's being moved out.
If there are specific items your agent has flagged — stains on a carpet, marks on a wall — tell us when you book. Some things are straightforward to fix, others may need separate specialist treatment. We'd rather know upfront than have you expecting something we can't deliver on the day.
We work 7 days a week. If your lease ends on a Saturday and the handover is Monday morning, that's a Sunday job — we can do that.
